While the group is still choosing days, there is no calendar file. After the final date, the download uses that chosen time, not another proposed day.

Do guests get the calendar by email?
No. They download the file themselves from the invitation or their private page. No calendar invitation is attached to the email.
Does a yes on a poll enter the calendar?
No. Only the date you choose produces a file. Availability is not yet an RSVP and does not create a calendar entry.
